PRODUCT CARE
INFLATABLE SKATEBOARD RAMPS
INSTALLATION

Please follow the Installation Instructions Manual provided via email in pdf format. We are listing below just a few key steps and considerations you must do every time you install the skateboard ramp, in order to prevent any damages or premature wear and tear of the product.

  • It is always recommended to use a medium or heavy-duty tarp to cover the floor and prevent premature wear of the underside of the inflatable structure due to constant friction with the floor.
  • Inspect the area where the inflatable is going to be installed and remove any sharp or pointy objects and debris.
  • Ensure all the joints between the ride surface plates are fully engaged with no gaps.
  • Avoid installing the ramp over hot surfaces such as paved parking lots during hot days.
SKATING THE RAMP

Please inspect the totality of the ramp, and in particular the ride surface plates and coping plates to ensure all joints are secured with no gaps and firmly attached to the inflatable structure.

Please ensure all participants use helmets while using the ramp. Other protective gear is recommended as well.

Please ensure all participants remove any sharp accessories and garments before skating on the ramp. Sharp or pointy garments and accessories made of metal or hard plastic could damage the inflatable structure and or cause injuries to the skater.

The ramp is designed to be used by one participant at a time. Multiple skaters on the ramp is NOT permitted.

WHEN NOT IN USE

If you are planning to leave the ramp installed for long periods of time, or even permanently, please follow the below instructions and recommendations:

  • Ensure the ramp is in a shaded area and not exposed to the direct sunlight. Direct sunlight and specially during hot days, will irreversibly degrade the integrity and elasticity of the inflatable structure and could compromise the integrity of the seams most exposed to direct sunlight and UV rays.

  • If the ramp is not installed in a covered or shaded area, please cover the totality of the ramp with a heavy duty, UV resistant tarp when not in use. This will significantly reduce sunlight exposure and the negative effects of extreme temperatures.
TEAR DOWN & STORAGE
Please follow the Installation Instructions Manual provided via email in pdf format. We are listing below just few key steps and considerations you must do every time you uninstall the skateboard ramp, in order to prevent any damages or premature wear and tear of the product.
  • Fold and wrap the inflatable structure using the provided bags. If the ramp is to be stored outdoors, please ensure it is placed under a covered area or place a heavy duty, UV resistant tarp over the ramp components.
  • If the ramp is wet, please dry the inflatable structure before folding it for storage.
  • The coping decks must be stored indoors and away from humid areas. Excess humidity and/or water can damage the wood and cause it to warp and rot.
  • The curved ride surface plates must be stored on top of the curved form to prevent flattening or warping. If stored outdoors, please cover the ride surface plates to prevent direct sunlight exposure.
  • The 4ft x 4ft flat plate must be stored on a horizontal and flat surface to prevent any warping or bending. If stored outdoors, please cover the ride surface plate to prevent direct sunlight exposure.
