Please follow the Installation Instructions Manual provided via email in pdf format. We are listing below just a few key steps and considerations you must do every time you install the skateboard ramp, in order to prevent any damages or premature wear and tear of the product.
Please inspect the totality of the ramp, and in particular the ride surface plates and coping plates to ensure all joints are secured with no gaps and firmly attached to the inflatable structure.
Please ensure all participants use helmets while using the ramp. Other protective gear is recommended as well.
Please ensure all participants remove any sharp accessories and garments before skating on the ramp. Sharp or pointy garments and accessories made of metal or hard plastic could damage the inflatable structure and or cause injuries to the skater.
The ramp is designed to be used by one participant at a time. Multiple skaters on the ramp is NOT permitted.
If you are planning to leave the ramp installed for long periods of time, or even permanently, please follow the below instructions and recommendations:
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover damage due to the effects or acts of nature, such as earthquakes, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightening, rain, snow, excessive heat and UV exposure, extreme cold conditions.
Some areas may have higher levels of humidity and higher levels of UV exposure and extreme heat. Such conditions will affect the integrity of some of the materials used in the construction of the skate ramp. We recommend customers to install the ramp in shaded areas and to use a heavy duty UV-resistant tarp to cover the ramp when not in use.
The warranty does not cover loss or damage caused during shipping or during transportation or caused by abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage.
The warranty will become void if any defects or damages are associated with the use of unauthorized replacement parts or additions. All replacement parts must be obtained from an authorized agent.
The warranty does not cover acts or omissions provided by a third-party assembly service, or faulty installations that result in damaged components. Your ramp should be inspected upon unpacking and set up and thereafter on a regular basis before use. Worn, damaged or broken parts should be replaced immediately before use. Please provide the following information when reporting a claim: name, shipping address, a copy of your original sales receipt, a brief description of the problem and cause, images of the damaged component skate ramp model and year/month you received the ramp.
